A separate dinning room and lounge which can either be used open plan or separated into two rooms using the double doors. A spacious L-shaped kitchen / dining room. A downstairs cloakroom completes the ground floor.

Lounge
A stunning semi-circular lounge converted from the former roundhouse with French doors opening on to a private south facing sunny patio and garden.

Furnished & decorated in a contemporary style, with a two three-seater leather sofas and two comfortable leather chairs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax.

An electric wood burning effect stove makes it feel even more cosier in the colder months.

Dining Room
The spacious dining room, which adjoins the lounge, features a large glass-topped dining table with six chairs. This room also contains a bookcase with a great selection of books, a toy box, a wooden rocking horse and a dolls' house. An ideal entertaining space and great for keeping the children amused.

Kitchen
A traditional farmhouse kitchen/breakfast room with a Rangemaster electric range cooker comprising two ovens, separate grill and five ring ceramic hob.
The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you need even including a bread-maker and Nespresso machine / milk frother.

There is a wooden dining table with six chairs.

Master Bedroom
A very spacious king-size bedroom.

Shower enclosure, WC and wash basin

Second Bedroom
A twin bedroom with two single beds that can be zipped together to form a 6’ super king-size bed. Please select this option when booking.

Third Bedroom
Includes one full size single bed and one junior bed suitable for children up to the age of 5 can be added. Please select this option when booking.

Staying with a baby
There is space for a cot in any of the bedrooms. Please select this option when booking.

At the rear of Granary Cottage you'll be able to enjoy a private, fully enclosed garden. This is a large garden with a genourous size patio with garden furniture. Plenty of space for the children to run around and play. There's also two lovely apple trees in this garden!

You are also free to visit the animal enclosures, gnome garden, indoor & outdoor play areas, fairy walk, stream and woodland paths. A total of 8 acres to explore and experience the wildlife!

All cottages have a stair gate (at the top and bottom of the stairs), some socket covers, and come supplied with toddler friendly plates, bowls, cups, beakers and cutlery.
You will also find a toy box with a small selection of toys and books to keep the little ones entertained. Please check suitability for the age of your child.

The Granary is a two storey cottage.

The entrance is on the first floor, as is the kitchen, lounge, dining room and downstairs WC.

The entrance hall is tiled, as is the kitchen. The lounge and dining room are carpeted. All door widths are standard – 830mm – with the exception of the lounge which is a double door, both of which open.

The kitchen is large and airy, with standard height worktops built in on two walls of the kitchen. There is easy access to all the ground-based units although all the worktops (including the sink) have cupboards built under.
The downstairs WC is on a level access but is quite compact and unable to accommodate a wheelchair.
Access to the rear of the cottage is through a door leading from the kitchen to the outside patio and by a French window from the lounge. Both doors have a step (5cm-10cm) to the patio. The slabbed patio borders a lawned area. The paddock beyond is accessed by a narrow gate.

The second storey is accessed by a flight of ten steps, each approximately 18cm deep, with a stair rail on the left hand side. The stairs are carpeted and are approximately 90cm wide. The second storey gives access to three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite, with a shower, sink and WC. Again, the ensuite is fairly compact and does not allow wheelchair access. All door openings are standard. The family bathroom is bigger than the ensuite but would not comfortably allow access to a wheelchair user.
